Arrivals
For enhanced comfort and relaxation we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension extension scheduled service time, so that the next guest will not be delayed. The Spa will provide luxurious robes, slippers and any amenities required to enhance your visit.
Child care
Our complementary nursey services with certified experts are available for children 6 weeks or older while relaxing at the Day Spa.
Cell phone policy
With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that your turn off your cell phone before entering the salon or spa.
Junior Spa Guests
The Spa is an adult facility. Children must be 10 years or older to receive spa services such as manicure, pedicure and facials. Contact the Spa coordinators for more details. (complimentary child care is provided)
Gift cards
Gift certificates are available for individuals services, package services, corporate incentives, specific dollar amounts, and retail products. They are honored for 18 months after purchase. Please see or call our spa coordinators for more details.
Cancellation policy
All reserved services must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Spa services are reserved especially for you, so we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before start time will incur a fee of 50%. No shows will be charged 100% of service fees.
